More time please !




My sincere apologies for the lack of posts lately.  I desperately need more hours in the day - any ideas where I can find some? 

So this is a quick little post to say "hello" and to let you know what I thought about recipe number 3 from The Stone Soup's 10 Ingredients - 5 Recipes.


Quick Pork Ragu





Please, please, please don't miss adding the butter - it makes a huge difference to the taste by rounding out the flavour and also helping to mellow the acidity from the tomatoes.  Trust me, it makes a big difference.

As you can see I was in a piggy mood so added some pasta to the dish (brown rice pasta actually, so not too bad in the overall scheme of things), however I did devour this dish very quickly as it was sooo good - yep, just like a little piggy!
